Office Information

The practice is conveniently located in Falls Church, VA and easily accessible from Virginia, Maryland, and DC.


There is free two-hour parking available on the street as well as free customer parking around the office building.




At this time, I do not accept any insurance plans directly and do not submit claims for insurance.  I do provide a super-bill that contains all the necessary information for patients to receive reimbursement for out-of network provider benefits. Please contact your insurance company to check if your policy has out-of-network benefits.





Initial meeting - Diagnostic Evaluation - is 90 minutes long and the fee is $300. Following meetings are typically 50-60 minutes long and the fee is $200.  Payment is due at the time of service.  Sliding fees are available only for patients who attend regular weekly sessions  Appointments have to be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance.  The full fee will be charged for a missed appointment.  Also, there is a $35 charge for each returned check. In situations that requires my appearance at a court, there is a $3,000.00 fee per full day, which has to be paid in full a week before the hearing.  Official letters to the court and other agencies are charged at my hourly rate.
